On the Fourth of July I took out my younger brother Brian and friend Rick sailing. With Brian getting seasick many times before, I gave him a Bonine pill before we left. He was at the tiller most of the sail and felt great. On the other hand, I got mildly sick on our way back for the first time on my boat. On the way out, we had the waves coming off the corner of the stern. When we tacked back, we were heading more into the waves, going up and down, smashing through the waves. That's when I got a little sick and Rick was starting to feel not too well. I was fine shortly after though.
