Dinghy Skeg

Sun Doggie
After laminating the cedar strips onto the gunwales of the dinghy I found the screws I used wouldn’t come out. The epoxy had seized them. D4 Dinghy Alternative Seats
The rain event was more wind than rain, strong winds with gusts up to 44 mph. We drove into town to see what the harbor was like. There was a small sailboat that had dragged anchor and was sitting close to shore. The tide was out. We left and played with Bleu at Notter’s Pond.
Kaimu @ Pleasure Cove
It should be an exciting season. We've added sail to the boat and we can fly 1200 sq ft of sail on a 44 foot boat that only weighs about 4 tons. Last time out in 7 knots of wind - 5 knots boat speed. She handles like a ship with a large turning radius, slow coming about and easy to manage on a course. The hull needs to be cleaned, doesn't look like barnacles, just green growth on it. Maybe haul out and pressure wash.
