We travelled back by car last week laden with boat bits and other essentials like tinned corned beef and Nescafe Vanilla Latte to name but a few. The first three days were warm and sunny but now we are in midst of what is forecast as 10 days of rain and strong winds but at least it's warmer than the UK.

Steve has managed to do some anti-fouling and I have cleaned and tidied up a lot. We are having the gearbox overhauled and hoping to go back into the water next week when the wind has died down. It's all very quiet here as the "regulars" from the UK don't usually come until April/May.

The new fingerprint gate security has finally started up and there are Marina logos on all the doors - very tasteful.
