We’re still in Charlottetown. We got here on Monday and decided to stay a few days since today is expected to be rainy and windy from the east. We’ll leave tomorrow for Pictou where my daughter Kathryn is.

The scenery in PEI is awesome and there are a few huge yachts around. One 143’ motor yacht at the dock beside us waiting for the owners to come on board on Friday and a 120’ sailing sloop we saw motor sailing past us on our way into Charlottetown on Monday. We’re officially ‘down east’ now. We had fresh lobsters on the boat tonight. I also had to wash down the boat and wipe the stainless with protectant because of the salt water stains.

Charlottetown is a very quaint small city and the people are supper friendly. As luck would have Trisha Cooke and family along with her mother Pat are on holidays here right now and will be visiting us later in the day.
