are eternally grateful and EPIRB as the last ditch solution we hope never to use.  She has a tiny refrigerator just big enough for condiments - or to chill some champagne for Neptune - and a cooler packed with ice blocks up on deck.  She has no water maker but she has a tap for seawater to use for washing and she'll carry 80 gallons of fresh to rinse away the salt on this long voyage.  There's an alcohol-fueled stove with oven in her galley and a solar oven to use on deck.
