Made Ixtapa early AM, slowing down to arrive in the sunlight. Isla Grande was completely deserted. Last year, about a dozen boats were anchored in the two anchorages, but this year no one. Of course, the crowd built up during the day with the usual touron craziness. We got in some excellent diving/snorkling on the live coral reef in the western anchorage, even sighting two spotted snake eels.

Warm weather, day and night, with overcast sky. Wind picked up to almost 12K from astern this morning. Whale and dolphin sightings. Fired up the watermaker for the first time on the cruise. Lures are set!

Goodbyes to some great new cruising friends (Mulan and Ohana) and we're off to Ixtapa. Left at 17:15 for the 217 mile run down to Ixtapa's Isla Grande. Should be some wind, maybe up to about 20 knots, and hopefully some fish as well!

Boogieboarding is very fun! But watch out for big waves and try not to flip over. As you can see I was having a blast. So go out thier and have fun! Also when I was at the beach I made a new friend, Jack, and saw some big fish jump out of the water. Boogieboarding wants to make me try out surfing. I love Tenacatita!
