Holes in the floor
In order to dain the water from under the floor I had to drill holes in each isolated compartment. Each area had about 1.5 inches of water in eachl. I started with the square hole to be able to get a mirror and flashlight under the floor. The rest were done with a hole saw, to be able insert desk grommets to fill the holes but still allow access.
