Everything including the kitchen sink!

23 March 2012
We spent some time hiking the nearby village, went to the Brazilian BBQ and took the ferry across the bay to Fort de France. Fort de France is the largest and liveliest city in the Windwards. The shoreline is covered with high rises. It is great place for restaurants, shops and people watching. We visited the local marine shop and found a treasure - a kitchen sink for the boat!! One of our sinks has a crack and we have been searching all the islands for months for one - we hit the jackpot today! This means another boat project for Marc, and no more water in the cupboards under the sink for me - Hurray!!
