Still Visiting Family

Once again the weather has put us in the position of making tough choices. Do we cut short our visit with family in Scituate for a good weather window to Maine or stay, closing that window for longer than we'd planned on? We opted to stay and the forecast that followed included thunderstorms, heavy fog, rain and north winds. So here we are "in between" again. It can be frustrating but we're enjoying our visit nonetheless. We are also getting a good deal on a mooring ball in Scituate Harbor with an active launch service and Skylark is minutes away from the house anytime we want to visit or work on her. We are, however eager to keep moving north because the longer we delay, the more we live in limbo and you must know by now we don't really like limbo. I suppose if we wanted to fight the elements, we could keep on moving but as I've said before, we aren't as salty as we used to be. So limbo it is. At least we are getting closer.
