Family Fun

Luna might prefer our family fun entail beach time, swimming and coconut or coral retrieval. She would definitely prefer play dates with other dogs like Bella who she met recently on Sand Dollar beach. That was grand fun. But Luna rarely complains so when Ed and I ask her if she'd like to join us for family fun on the dinghy she says, "Okey dokey!!" and assumes her position on the side with her front paws dangling in the water. It was a long ride over to Red Shanks but well worth it. We stopped to chat with a boat who was from a town in NJ where Ed's family had a summer place. One of the visitors on the boat happened to know one of Ed's cousins who still lives there and sees him often--small world isn't it? At the end of our family fun, Luna said, "That's it?" and we said yes, that's it. Later we heard loud music from shore and realized we'd forgotten there was a free concert in the park. Did we go once we realized our mistake? No. We are very, very lazy.
