We don't know the history of this stone building which has been renovated and is now used by the park rangers as a storage facility. I love the red doors and shutters against the rock. This is located at the base of a short trail that goes along the salt ponds. There is evidence of donkeys who roam free (we've seen them nearby but never along this trail) and lots of deer. Luna is beside herself with all the smells, including the sulphur-type odor coming from the salt ponds.
