Happy Thanksgiving from Banedup

I have updated our lat/lon for those interested. Ed and I also want to wish everyone a good day today. The signal is weak here in spite of our antenna booster (we moved to Banedup in the E. Lemmon Cays). We would love to Skype the kids and family but that looks doubtful. Being out of touch is part of what we get used to as cruisers but there are times it is less than optimal. To post this blog is a real labor of love. It is taking forever to load anything but at least I think it will go through eventually.
We hope everyone who celebrates Thanksgiving has a wonderful day, including non-Americans who join in this lovely tradition and fine excuse to overeat scrumptious food (my mouth is watering). It's always been my favorite holiday because it's about enjoying friends, family and others who come together in the spirit of appreciation and celebration. I have many fond memories of Thanksgiving holidays while growing up and later the traditions Ed and I established with our kids and extended family.
Luna wants to know if she can finally get a turkey bone but the answer is "No, not today, not tomorrow, not ever." And besides, we don't have a turkey.
Thanks to the two readers who responded to the question about the rodent we saw. We really appreciate your taking the time to leave a comment!
