This is a view of the riverwalk in downtown Stuart. We continue to feel good here but certainly not without itchy feet. We are monitoring the weather for a decent window for moving north, surprise, surprise. The opportunities look good one day but not the next, changing every day with nothing presenting itself for the next few days, MAYBE sooner. Good thing we are patient, and happy here, and don't have a wedding or graduation or crisis to attend to. Fingers crossed.

In the meantime, I wandered into a hair salon while we were out walking Luna yesterday and inquired about the cost of a haircut. It was so reasonable I couldn't resist. I made an appointment for later that afternoon and got a very good cut. What a relief! It's such a luxury having a professional give it a go. I had a fine trim job by our friend Kathryn in February and prior to that I cut it myself and can't say it was a good cut but will say it wasn't horrible. My hair grows fast and is thick and unruly. It needs help.
