The forecast for GA seems to be the culprit and will not copy and paste in its entirety, no matter what I try. It's a mystery to me. Here's SC and NC anyway.

SC: benign motoring thru Thu26 in Coastal areas, but E wind may build GulfStream during Thu26, making E-bound travel increasingly difficult, with further deterioration Fri27, and Tropical LO possible as soon as Sat28.
variable under 10k/2' thru Wed25; ENE-ESE@5-10< 10k/2-3' Thu26; ENE@10-15< 15-20k/4'< 7' Fri27.

NC: similar to SC, but at this more-N Latitude, benign motoring in GulfStream thru Thu26, with building E wind deteriorating conditions for NE-bound travel gradually from GulfStream to Coastal waters during Fri27-Fri27 night, and Tropical LO possible as soon as Sat28.
