While in the San Blas Islands, we would go weeks without getting off the boat. But what we did do every day was get in the water. Usually around noon we would snorkel and around cocktail hour we would get in again and float on a noodle. We probably spent at least 2 hours in the water every day. Here in the Abaco's we are not getting in the water every day and after 5 days on the boat we walked the town for a couple hours. I really could feel it in my hips and feet. The next day we did it again and my body wasn't as sore. This made me realize we really do need to do some exercise everyday. Guess on the day's we can't get off the boat I'm going to have to get out my mini-stair stepper.
