One of the boats anchored in the lagoon next to us had his outboard motor stolen off his dinghy. Someone offered him a pig to have a pig roast to raise money so he could get another outboard. It cost 100 pesos, which is about $8 for pig, cesar salad, potato salad, baked beans, garlic bread and one drink. We saw the pig roasting over some hot coals for over 15 hours, it still had his head and his tongue was sticking out. I am so mad at myself, I forgot my camera. It was very good and we all had a great time. Not sure how much the guy raised, but I heard he bought a used Evinrude 15 horse motor.
