Huatulco was our last port of call in Mexico.



As we were sailing down the coast we figured we would stop her for a day to get fuel then move on for the Tehauntepec. What we found was a grear place to hang out. There were 13 sandy bays for us to visit. The water was clear and warm and the town was clean and friendly. It's a shame Huatulco is so far south as most cruisers that stay in Mexico will never see it. We spent a week between being anchored outside of town and anchored in the remote bays. The lighthouse at Huatulco has a blow hole that is something to see! Plus the waves crashing on the beach make for a pleasant white noise for sleeping. When I put together my top ten places to visit in Mexico, Huatulco will be on the list.
