Back to a town

Becky/85 degrees, some rain
We arrived in Nargana this afternoon. This is where we will pick up Steve and Rena in the morning. We are so excited to see them! The place that we are anchored actually is two towns called Nargana and Conazon de Jesus. These two towns are united by a large bridge, and the residents have decided to give up the traditional Kuna way of life. We walked around a little in both towns and as long as you could see down a road there were kids playing and adults laughing, in both towns. This is a very busy place with much activity and you can tell these people are very happy. Denny was looking for...... yes you guessed it - RUM. He asked around and this friendly guy took us to a small hut where there were cases of beer and some rum. He bought two bottles and came out smiling. I got to join in on a baseball game some kids were playing. They gave me the board (bat) to hit the tennis ball (baseball) and sure enough when I hit it a kid caught it and I was out. They all laughed and I gave the board to the next kid. I have photos and video I will post when we have internet (not any time soon).
