What We Do All Day

What do we do all day? We need to order a part for our head. To this we need the internet. In the San Blas Islands there is only one place to do this. From our boat it is about 3 miles to the internet island. We took the dinghy. On the way we stopped at a reef to snorkel, then continued on. About one mile of our trip was in the open ocean. The wind was light, but a 3 foot swell kept the boat running slow up hill and fast down hill. We paid our $3 for a hour of internet and started to find a place that would send a part to a friend in Washington DC that will be here in a few weeks. Turns out, we only had a PO Box and you cannot overnight a package to a PO Box. We sent out an e-mail to Paul (his wife will be flying to meet him in Panama next week) to see if we could get a different address. The wind started to pick up so we decided to head back to the boat. The wind was behind us so the ride was not so bad. If it had been on the nose, we would have been wet. Next time you need to look something up on the internet, imagine getting in your car driving for a hour, paying $3 for an hour and having someone waiting for you to be done. If you forget something at home, you must try again tomorrow. That's what we do all day.
Life is good on Kokomo!
