Today was a full work day for Becky and I. Our guests Henry and Liset from Holland got up at 9 am and wanted to see the islands. So off we went. First we went to a sand spit to burn garbage. While there Liset and I waded in the water and found sand dollars. She had never seen a sand dollar before so she hunted for quite some time finding one for each of her friends. Henry spent his time making a sign showing which way to Holland. Then we were off to visit an island bar for a beer. After that we went to One Palm Island to get a photo. One hour later we were wading and swimming on a sand spit in the ocean. No land in sight but sand only two to three feet deep. After lunch we plan to send or visitors out on a kayaks to explore on their own. If someone has to do this kind of work it might as well be us.
