Lookin' Good!

From St. Johns, 33 miles in 5 hours going 6.8 to over 7 knots with a double reef jib and a single reef main heading to St. Croix - what a ride! AND we caught a 6-7 lbs. big eye tuna - YUM!
We are anchored in a nice protected spot in Christiansted. This place has become a national trust in order to preserve the original building facades characteristic of the early Danish architectural style. St. Croix is the largest island in the US Virgins and is 26 miles wide. We are looking forward to site seeing. There is a rum factory here called Cruzan Rum Distillery and Denny is looking forward to that tour and there is St. George Cillage Botanical Gardens which I'm looking forward to seeing. There is also Fort Christiansvaern, it was established in 1734 but never engaged in battle.
Found an internet spot in St. Croix, so we are able to post some blogs.
Happy belated mother's day to all our family & friends that are moms. Especially to Joanne & Rose, we love you!
Life is good on Kokomo
