Randy - sunny, low 60's, winds SW L&V, seas 2'-4', 4-5 second period waves

On the edge of cell coverage so will be brief. Buddied up with Rick and Linda Clayton on Sojourner, a 44' catamaran from Dallas, TX. Departed Wrightsville Beach at 1100 out the Masonboro inlet, which was deep at 25' to 35' deep. Should take about 25 hours to reach Charleston. Feels good to be back outside, even though it is kind of lumpy and motor sailing due to little wind. On a bearing of 195 degrees until I get around Frying Pan Shoals south of Cape fear. Then it is a straight couse at 250 for 125 nm all the way to the inlet at Charleston. Will write more later when I have a signal, which will probably be when I get closer to Brunswick, SC.
