The journey from La Aventura on the Rio Dulce to Australia was LONG and tiring!!
From Lockup and leave the boat it took 3 days!! 8 hours on the bus, an overnight stay in Guatemala City then the flights….. G City to Miami, Miami to LA; LA to Brisbane.
We enjoyed 8 weeks in Australia, arriving in time for various Christmas family celebrations and then the New Year catching up with as many family and friends as possible.
