Mazatlan back to the Sea of Cortez

30 March 2014 | Baha
John
With only a short stay in Mazatlan, we set off for the 3 day and overnight trip across to the Baha, and La Paz. We had one night at Las Muertas, which is on the Baha and 10 hours South of La Paz. The trip was a mix of sailing and motor sailing. We had some great winds from the North, and we were heading West. Seas were 1 to 2 ft. so conditions were great. There were about 8 boats making the crossing, so there was lots of contact through the radio to keep you awake during the night.
