Hard on the wind for most of the day with relatively light winds but a big smooth rolling swell. This makes it difficult for the wind vane to steer in light winds as the apparent wind changes dramatically as the swell rolls under, so some of the steering was done with the electric autopilot. Power supply is adequate from the Silentwind generator but I really don't want to wear out the cogs and gears in the tiller drive. Now on the wind vane the course is wandering a little but mostly OK. Hopefully no repeat of the early hours of this morning with frequent sail changes in a cold drizzle. It's now 11 pm so some serious bunk time is now to be undertaken.
