Labor Day Weekend in San Diego

by Keith, catching the remnants of a Baja tropical storm
We flew with some friends to San Diego and enjoyed a few days with Nana and Saba. Nonstop between dining, farmers market, beach and pool, and air conditioning in the hot humid conditions. Caught this tall ship sail festival and got to go on some new cruising sailboats in addition to the usual exhibits. It was noteworthy that the large working sailboats were uniformely in worse aesthetic condition overall than our Cascade.
