While stuck on the boat during the first half of today I decided to fire up the oven. It worked great. It is designed to tilt in the opposite direction from the tilt of the sailboat so things come out even and not all spilled out inside the oven. Plus, the dry propane heat took away some of the tropical humidity. The smell of baking brownies on a boat in the middle of a storm is very comforting.
