The main place here in Seisia is the camping ground where all the rugged, adventurous Aussies stay after making the long trek up north. I am told the office of the campground has a little cafe where you can get a bite to eat. I passed it as I walked to the petrol station but I did not take a photo of it.
Here is where those rugged Aussies go while staying here. It is the pier where ships tie up. There were about 15 to 20 people there, all fishing. They were a very friendly and happy group.

This kind of gives you an idea that there really is not much here it Seisia.

Here is our wonderful little dinghy sitting on the beach in front of Seisia.

After I beached our dinghy, I talked with a couple of guys who were loading a ton (well, it looked like a lot) of supplies in their two kayaks. They were getting ready to paddle around Cape York area for the next few weeks. Really, because of the tides and the strength of the currents here, you could just float and make 2 or 3 knots it you time your passages right!

Here is Leu Cat anchored to the west of the village of Seisia. I took this shot from the deck of S/V Salamander.
