Hooray! The massive effort by Brian Robinson and us is finally over. We have just published the document and have linked it to our blog. Now, anyone who might be interested in it can have it directly. It is 266 pages long and contains 626 tips on cruising. Based on the various cruising publications I have read, I believe it may be one of the most complete compendiums on cruising tips. As I have stated before, this has been something that I have wanted to do now for the last few years but the task was just far too large to do. However, thanks to Brian Robinson in England, who spent the last two years copying and complying and organizing the techno-tips, my job in finalizing this was so much easier. Given the huge effort that Brian did, he earned a place on the cover page as well as in the acknowledgement page.

We decided to make this document one of four that we will be producing. The other three include one on travel tips that my wife and I have written, one on Galley tips that my wife has written and the last is a detailed set of instructions on how to repair the drive cone on a Yanmar saildrive. The saildrive repair manual has just been updated and it is also now linked to our blog. The other two documents are in preparation and we hope to complete them soon.

If you are interested in having of either of the two manuals that are now available, simply go over to the right side of our blog and look below the "Favorites" heading. Searching below that heading you will see: "Get a Copy of Our Techno Tips Document" and "Get a Copy of Our Yanmar Drive Cone Repair Manual". Just click on the one you wish to see and you will be taken to our "dropbox" and the document will appear for your review. You can then click on the download button if you decide that you would like to have a copy. How simple is that!

Each document has a Table of Contents where each tip is listed and it is hyperlinked to the page that contains that respective tip. Thus, just click on the tip you wish to see and it takes you directly to it.
