We start off this week by driving to Yosemite National Park where our son and his fiancée Allison wedding will be occurring. This was a five hour drive. Once we arrived we met up with Dave, Allison and Allison’s parents, Phil and Pat as well. We planned things out for the wedding, had a tasting of the food and drink options and it was good fun. The area is beautiful and will be a lovely background for the wedding. Allison is planning a wonderful wedding and we are shall everyone attending will have a great time. Of course, we are really looking forward to seeing all of our families and friends at the wedding.

After the weekend we were off to Lake Forest, California to take care of business. This was another five hour drive as Lake Forest is in Southern California. We had to take care of our taxes, finances and our dental appointments. We were also able to see some of our friends while here so it was a super visit. We had fun seeing friends we have not seen in a year and catching up on each other’s lives.

It is a part of the cruising life that we have to do a great deal in a short period of time when we are on land. Therefore we compress all of our appointments into two/three days. It frees us up the rest of the year but makes for “crazy” visits! We are blessed that we have so many friends all over the USA and the world! Thank you all for your friendship. Next week we will be in Las Vegas visiting friends and then onto Tucson and our daughter Christina and Michael and the grand babies! Until we speak again…
