We had a little excitement this afternoon after leaving the Belhaven Memorial Museum. We heard rumbles of thunder and someone said there might be quarter size hail. After peddling fast on our bikes and returning to our boat, we heard a tornado warning on the weather radio. We checked radar and immediately went out on our bow to look at the tornado passing just north of us. Very exciting! Especially since we weren't directly in it's path!
