Way too fast a visit..
When in the Bahamas, Lori gave us the hats that say S.C.U.M.
It was wonderful to see their photos of the cruise around the Baltic Sea... WOW!
Erin Heights Golf ClubAugust/26/2011
It wouldn't be complete if we didn't pass through the little town of Erin... a big thanks to Dana for the free golf day!
Not like camping!August/20/2011
Okay, I have to admit. Sailing around the Caribbean is not like camping in the rain! And it sucked big time that we had such bad weather, but we enjoyed the time spent with Mike and Heather's family.
Two Years ago we met the crew on Blue BlazesAugust/18/2011
It was not even planned, but we were all eating dinner when we realized that it was exactly 2 years ago when we first met in Tobermory. Lion's Paw and Blue Blazes reunited!
A really fun evening at the Swiss Country House Restaurant .. all you can eat Pickerel .. also know as Walleye! Steve was the best at saying "Walleye"..LOL

Re-visiting the PastAugust/7/2011
Photo taken back in 1983
After our way too short visit in Nobel :(, Steve and I decided to veer of the Hwy and canoe out past our first love.. COTTAGE LIFE!
Check out the gallery for more photos of this fantastic property on the shores of Georgian Bay. We could stay here forever but I'm sure they'd notice sooner or later.
Kamaniskeg Lake, Barry's Bay, OntarioAugust/2/2011
Here's to summer!
Here's a photo of Jack (dad) heading off to his work out. Not bad for having had a major operation and a 4 day visit from us which encompassed many walks and Bobcaygeon's Midnight madness sale.
Raiding the garden.
It only took us 3 days and 5 arrivals to finally land at Pearson International, using our aeroplan miles and we arrived tired but safe. After a week in the GTA area moving back and forth from Mississauga and Burlington (marking off some of our "to do list") we travelled east to begin a whirl wind tour of our beautiful province of Ontario. It is summer here and cottage country is in full swing. So after stoppng in Ajax and Uxbridge (to visit with friends) we headed to Bobcaygeon to visit Steve's dad.
Hamburger Beans and Purse NecklacesJuly/30/2011
Thanks to Michele s/v "Reach" who gave me my bead necklace and taught me how to make them; all of my nieces and nephews received a hamburger or purse bead necklace. What handsome 15 year old boy wouldn't like to show off his necklace hugging two beautiful cousins like this..
Photo taken at the Bass BBQ held on July 30th.
