DAY 57 OF OUR GREAT ADVENTURE

Bahamas is NOT happening any time soon. Wethaer forecast is North and NE winds through Sunday. SO, we are headed to Key West for New Years. Hey Islamorada is great. 80º high and about 75º for low at night. Just great sleeping weather. We are having a cold front come through later tonight and I am just a bit worried about the anchor holding. It was dragging this afternoon with the higher winds. The anchor was loaded with grass. It took us three attempts to re-anchor and it seems to be holding. Currently we have 15 knots and the forecast is up to 20kts tonight.
Today we dinghyed in to Bass pro shop to get Susan some longer pants; Se has been having a rash suddenly develop from the sun. Sunscreen doesn't seem to help. So, we have been staying in the shade as much as possible. We then dinghyed to Loraie's dock and hiked to the Ace Hardware to get some hose reducers from the salt water wash-down system I'm trying to install.

Picture today is the grounds at the World Wide Sportsman (BassPro) shop. Very nice sunset spot don't you think?
