... a lovely evening aboard Spruce. BBQ performed brilliantly - good job we bought some more gas canisters this morning - and we were joined by new found friends from other sailboats in the harbour. Good craic as our Irish friends call it! Andy (another one) on harmonica, Kourtney strumming the banjo, Pete with guitar, Sue playing flute and Runa with a beautiful guitar from a neighbouring Norwegian boat.
The photo shows, left to right:- Kourtney, Lesley, Anna, Runa, Andy S, Pete, Andy W, Anton, Gerda...and of course Sue hiding behind the lens.
A quick gathering and two boats departed for Tenerife this morning....

...Another breakthrough was finding a supplier of the gas cartridges required to fuel our new BBQ bought in the UK just before we left. It will be a delight to enjoy cooked food in tropical waters, without needing to heat the interior more than provided by the climate....
A dive into the harbour is now scheduled for the morning to retrieve the dropped tongs.
