A perfect down wind day in Fakarava atoll.
Lucky we brought our photographer Wayne Meretsky.
Trying to attract the reef sharks with the dinghy painter in the South pass at Fakarava.
Not sure this photo is clear once shrunk down for the web, but I can count 28 sharks in the original.
The dive center and restaurant in the pass.
You can feed the small sharks your left overs after eating.
The abandoned village on the South side of Fakarava.

We had a motu all to our own for four days.

The Kia Ora hotel on Rangiroa atoll. These bugalows go for $1000 per night...we got to anchor there for free!
Beautiful.
Kay on her rented bike...a great way to see the town.
