Making progress as planned but not getting the wind we were expecting. Seems to be approximately 1 -1.5 know current taking us northwards. Engine on 1200rpm. All working smoothly.

Sea empty. No birds, no boats and a clear sky. Sea state flat.

Chatted with Phil about the apparent lack of wind and we both expressed our concern that if no wind the engine will be working much more that expected. Conclusion we will not have enough fuel for such a scenario.

08.30hrs Added 65 litres to main tank.

We agreed to keep going for another hour or two and see if we got a better 'feel good factor' or if we turn back.
