Sat. April 9: De-tarping, pulling deck hardware to rebed. Pull head hatch to re-bed. Drilling and filling re-bed holes with epoxy. Cleaning. Set up new scaffolding. Potential new Mack Race crew from Chicago visit boat.
TOOLS NEEDED: Impact Drill/Wrench to remove bow (dockline) rope chocks, to facilitate Bow Sprit installation; Small power saw to trim headliner boards. OLD towels and rags

Sat. April 16 (rain date 4/17) = MYC Open House, install bow sprit, continue with re-bedding projects. Paint lower (down below) part of mast if possible.

Sat. April 23 (rain date 4/24) = Continue re-bedding projects. Install bow sprit, possibly anchor windlass, re-install items removed for rebedding, bottom & keel work. Paint lower (down below) part of mast if possible.

Who's "IN" and who's "NOT IN" for Key Offshore Dances as of 3/22:

THE MACK: Lochaber has 5 official crew for the 103rd CYC Mackinac Race, and is now listed as official "boat entered" on the CYC Race Web site. http://www.cycracetomackinac.com/

She also has experienced "suitors" blowing kisses her way: Noah and Kent will be checking them out (like someone who wants to date yer daughter, eh?) Can we trust the Chicago Guys to choose wisely?

Keith and Dixon are the only sailors lined up so far for pre-race delivery crew to the Windy City = sometime between July 11 & July 14.
