Rebecca
We talked about how he could go fast in fog with ships...Kevin said the moon illuminated the fog in a way that he could see 150 feet. The glassy quality of the water explains the 'magic carpet ride'. Of course the 'ships'...mean he must watch closely.

Because of all that he was tired today an fell asleep on his feet several times. Today the wind was fluky, up and down and not really in the right direction. So if you are going 3 knots and can only count 1.8 as the correct direction...but the wind should shift again.
Patience.
