Kevin called using his home cell phone as he was gliding off the coast of Long Island. He can see the sandy shore and the big homes. He is going 4 1/2 KTS then. When he got off the phone he planned to put up the genoa and sailing wing on wing. Should arrive tonight or tomorrow. If he is too late tonight he will have to stand off. Would need daylight to safely sail through the harbor.
If he waited it would be 10 miles out and would be able to sail when light. So would be Tuesday am......
