This is what love looks like!

Scavenger Beach has a special spot in our hearts...
this is our third trip back to this beautiful deserted beach that holds all kinds of treasures washed up on it's shores.
Saul, a local fisherman, agreed to take us out to the spit and pick us up later that afternoon.
Luckily Nev thought to take a bucket with us because we filled it to the brim!
We walked a total of ten miles that day.
We found sand dollars and spikey shells and a small dolphin vertebra for my mum.
We enjoyed a cold beer and peanuts and the strong breeze off the big waves pounding the shore line and the utter quiet about us.
And I knew this was what love looks like when I watched Nev lugging my heavy bucket of shells 5 miles back to the panga pick up... he doesn't like walking, he has zero interest in shells, he paid Saul $100 for our panga ride out and back and he spent a really windy night in DAZI parked on the estuary the night before, just for me!
That moment of realization was the true treasure of the day!
Love you my love xoxo
