Reaching back... way back!

Last time we were home Dill chuckled as we were driving down to Temecula for Ste and Candace's wedding, and said: "You guys are together 24/7 - what do you talk about!!"... and we laughed! The reality is there is os much to talk about... but a lot of the time we are reaching back, way back into our past and remembering things we thought we had forgotten from childhoods long past!
My sister loves art and I love to dance. As fate would have it the nuns at our school thought she should do ballet and I should go to art classes! I loved Sister Maria and, in return, she patiently taught me a little about painting. I haven't painted much since she died... but lately I have been doing a little dabbling: painted shells for our wedding, gourds, a hair comb as we went around the Tehuanapec... and now just finished a palm leaf we picked up in the jungle of Bahia Curu. There is mutiny on board BLUE at the moment as the palm fights the warthog for the prime spot on top of the TV... while the Captain is away the palm is winning, but when he gets back I'm sure the warthog will return... he is an excellent cap holder after all!!
You just never know what you might find when you reach way back... just don't keep the musty old stuff!!
PS: I know...don't give up my day job just yet!! :)
