A walk in the park.

Day 8 of our training is complete.
With that came some goodbyes as two of our tribe, Stacy and Melodee, left for home and their families. They will be back in in April to complete their training... I'm sure tomorrow is going to feel really strange without them there.
I hate sweating...
I loved our hot yoga class with Dianne Hastings!
What an amazingly beautiful lady in every sense of the word... thank you for your time and your input into our lives.
This afternoon was great fun with Christy and Moonshadow and the next section of anatomy... we learned about bones and postures and then walked through Tempe observing the people casually walking by totally unaware of our keen observations of their postures, hand positions, shoulders, necks, foot placement etc!
Followed by a walk in the park.
Crew members were setting up for a 5K marathon happening in the town tomorrow - and so we took advantage of the moment, dancing together to the beat of the reggae music blasting out of the speakers nearby.
It was just what we needed before we ended our day learning about our own walking postures and the slight adjustments we could make to our own bodies...
it was eye, hip, shoulder, thigh, and everything in-between opening!!
Thanks for the walk in the park Christy :)
