Our morning started before the sun came up to greet us... and we were ready for the new day to dawn.
Courtney and Justin, her honey, led us on a hike up the north side of South Mountain in Chandler, AZ. It was heavenly to be out in the desert with its crisp fresh air and the sounds of the gravel crunching under our soles as the sun peeked over the distant mountains!

And then the day disappeared as we completed two yoga classes and studied under Doctor Heather, a highly qualified and totally delightful naturopathic doctor with whom I would still be chatting if my endless questions were to be answered!!
She was soooooo interesting and we learned much from her about living a healthy life... it was an inspiring and eye opening time for us as we patted ourselves on our backs for all we are doing, and were inspired to make the changes we haven't yet included on this journey to total health of mind, body and soul!
What I learned, what really sank into my cells and my soul, is how, ultimately, the practice of peace and the power of forgiveness play such a huge role in this process and I was left with much to think about in my quiet time alone with God....
Christy, Margarita and I reflected and introspected on the day and the lessons of the day while sitting around the jacuzzi of our hotel, nibbling on yummy mediterranean food and sipping a glass of wine.
And then we dragged our exhausted, happy little selves off to bed, thanking our God for yet another delightful day.
