Stephen and I sold LONG WHITE CLOUD on the same day as we purchased one of New Zealand oldest taverns. 'The Riverhead' sits on the upper reaches of the Waitemata Harbour (which is the harbour our largest city, Auckland also shares). We are undertaking a massive redevlopment of the histroric place and hope to bring her back to her former glory. If you are in Auckland the unique thing about The Riverhead is that it has it's own dock and is Auckland's only riverside tavern. So you might be able to visit by sea. Check out the tides before you come up though because it is tidal.

Christmas as it should be. Surrounded by family both old and young, superb fresh food, lots of stunning wine and presents galore. We're glad we are home to share it with the ones we love.

Sorry......We've been rather slack since getting back home. Already our focus has moved from cruising and we're looking at what our next adventure will be here on land. Things are moving fast, we've been extremely busy sorting out our next move and we may have some news of what that might be this side of Christmas....watch this space!!
