Yes, we are on the move, just tardy at the blog and finding internet connections. A quick recap.
We left Victoria in Fog and wind, on to Port Angeles where we acquired our cruising permit. After a day or two there, we were on to Neah Bay, Fog on that one too. We waited for the fog to clear...might still be there if we waited longer...An overnight to Grays Harbor in fog took 22 hours and was like living inside a light bulb. A frosted one at that! Well, we left Grays in fog and came out of it on the way to Astoria where we crossed the Columbia river bar! It is suppose to be one of the worlds worst to cross. Timing is everything and we had tide and current with us! Now we are waiting for a low pressure system to leave so we can go further! Either Tillimuk or further. Will try...to be better with the site.
