Costco Day

Bacardi Rum Factory

Old San Juan
We went into San Juan about 930am, timing our arrival to avoid rush hour. The traffic wasn't that bad, and we found the parking lot in Old San Juan easily.
Bad to Worse
The chemotherapy had been doing such a great job of clearing up the cancer for the past two years, but this last round did nothing to clear up the bone metastases which actually got worse. As it stands now, they will take him home in a couple of days and he will have hospice care everyday.
We are leaving for St. Maarten within the hour and Herb will get on a plane to go home for a bit to visit with his Dad and family for a bit, while Frank stays with the boat.
From that point, we will play it by ear.
