Summer sailing

We just returned from a three day charter, visiting one of our favorite anchorages here in Maine, Seal Bay on the island of Vinelhaven. As we made the turn into Seal Bay as if on clue we were visited by several seal's. It's hard to believe that we've begun the process to prepare for our trip south. We hope to depart Maine waters by the second or third week in Sept. But in the mean time we've been busy chartering. The above picture was taken last Wed evening. We took a family from North Carolina out for a sunset dinner sail. The weather here in Maine has been great, allthough as I write this it's raining and foggy which is far from the norm the past month.
