Rockport Harbor is only a mile from Camden Harbor but it's a totally diffrent experience. Rockport is loaded with boats but not tourists and according to our daughter Hoku it also boasts one of the finest parks around. And I'll agree as this park is located on the water with awesome swings, shade and usually plenty of kid's for Hoku to play with. We often ride our bike's to the park and enjoy a "snack" there together. We try to take Hoku to the park when we do charters as it gives her the opportunity to get some excersize and strech her legs off the boat before the evening charter. If you get the chance to cruise the coast of Maine both Rockport and Camden Harbor's are well worth a visit.
