This past week all I have been doing is making arrangements for Mandalay, I will leave her in La Paz while I fly Home for the holidays. ( Canada :). The slip I am in has so much surge, I have a better ride when I am under sail. Looking forward to moving her to the boat yard.
The big repair to Mandalay is her striker plate, it's 11' X 14" and it's teak wood. What I may do while I am in the states, pick up a used surf board bag, and put the wood into it, then check it as a surf board.
OK to all of my Tiki Friends, Mandalay will be in La Paz for several months, it's not to far, I have room for guest (6) just book your self on a flight and come down. I will make the first pitcher of margarita's.

The pictures are just some thing that can go Wrong while underway. Spreaders to blown transmission, to inoperative radar when you need it. All repairs where completed while underway. Note the drive Damper, no springs, all where destroyed when the Transmission was put in reverse at very high RPM's
