We started our trip on Wednesday, looking through the windshield at this sight. Guess we should have left a little earlier! An hour down the road it cleared up, and has been smooth sailing ever since.

Spent a couple of nights with great friends in Oregon, then made our way through Nevada, stopping for the night in Beatty at the Atomic Inn (pics of aliens to follow). Passed through AZ today, and are visiting with some of Beth's family before continuing our journey south.

We'll be crossing the border on Tuesday. Wish us luck!
